Superb as Both Buyer & Seller!

Katie worked as my agent on both buyer and seller sides. She guided me through my first home purchase in 2018. Back then, she patiently answered all my questions, flagged potential issues, and advised me on making an offer to closing. When my phone became a brick the day of settlement, she was steady while I was fraught. In 2024 – after renting my condo for a couple years – Katie accepted the job to sell it. She recommended paint colors and noted which repairs I should just do myself. Her recommended vendors were fairly priced, prompt, and very tidy. When my unit and a smaller condo (at a cut-rate price) in the same building were scheduled to enter the market on the same weekend, Katie effortlessly revised a timeline and strategy. Again, she patiently fielded all my questions and concerns until I “felt good” with her plan. She was correct. We locked in an offer during the first week. Her plan still secured the sales price I wanted (or had hoped for…) while similar units in the building still languish on the market. The total time between “tenant move-out”, her vendors painting and repairing, and going “under contract” was 35 days. We closed 21 days later. Things might not go perfectly with your buying or selling experience, but Katie will make it feel like it was hassle-free and easy.

Persistence is Key. Kenny helped us buy our first home back in 2021. Picking the best isn’t easy! In selling my home I met with four different realtor teams. A little over the top but it’s my home I’m entrusting to someone who needs to represent me and my interests, so how to choose; what are the intangibles that help you decide?

I’d like to point to one thing and say ‘this is why I picked My Move DMV’ but I can’t. In hindsight there were too many to name but the team stood out in how they talk to their marketing approach; how they derive an asking versus the target; the staging; the pre-market activities…the list continues but you know that they’ve covered all the bases.

The net result was the right price at the right time netting us the right terms and a SALE. They were there and you can’t ask for a better, more professional team.
