When the going gets tough, the tough get going – and boy did Katie and team really step up when things got rough with our move this year. It seems like every home in Arlington had some kind of damage during the flooding this summer, including the retaining wall in our back yard that fell down just  a couple weeks before closing, and some damage in the basement to the house we were buying. Not only did they go the extra mile to keep BOTH deals together, when things were looking particularly rough on the buy side they did everything they could to get us a great result, including pulling together contingency plans.
